Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Toast english muffins for 5 minutes.

While muffins are toasting mix together tuna, mayonnaise, corn, hot sauce, pepper, jalapenos and green onion.

Remove english muffins from the oven and top halves with the tuna mix evenly. Top each with cheese and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
