Ingredients

1 1/2 cups brown rice

1 tbsp butter

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 cloves of chopped garlic

1 pinch pepper

2 cans mushroom soup

2/3 cup milk

Directions

Cook rice as per package directions and set aside.

In a medium pan melt butter. Add in mushroom, pepper and garlic and saute till mushroom is softened.

Add mushroom soup and milk into mushrooms and simmer till sauce has thickened.

Add rice into mushroom sauce and serve.
