Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 cup water

1 pinch salt

1 cup all purpose flour

4 eggs

1/2 cup chopped sliced ham

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a medium pot heat butter, water and salt until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

Remove pot from heat and mix in flour till combined. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing quickly, till a soft dough forms.

Stir in ham and cheddar till combined.

Line pans with parchment paper. Drop dough on to parchment into tablespoon sized balls. Allow to bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes then serve.
