Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small pan melt butter over medium heat then add onion and pepper. Cook onion till soft and translucent.

In a medium bowl beat eggs and add cream, mix till combined.

In the pie shell layer ham, onion and half of the cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake for 30 - 40 minutes until egg is cooked through.
