Ingredients

25 ml butter

25 ml flour

175 ml milk

1 pinch pepper

1/4 tsp chilli powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Make a roux by heating up butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Once butter is melted add in flour and mix in milk slowly. Whisk the sauce till sauce is smooth and thickened.

Add in chilli powder and pepper to the sauce. Remove sauce from heat and add in cheese till incorporated.
